[redacted]  I have documentation, receipts, and pictures of all of the issues which I will bring to small claims court along with sworn statements from each of the professional repairmen that I used. I am only asking for what I have paid out of my pocket. Pay up or I will see you in court. Is this what you want?

The building was constructed we framed for the overhead door he had installed by Lowes. If the building was out of level the door would not have fit. building but we did used roofers caulk all around the vents. The customer did not complain until over a year after construction.  The building was built close to the house which drains under the building and has caused erosion and the barn settled, which would make the door(Lowes installed for him) difficult to work. The customer built a deck around the front of building and is permanently attached to the building. We cannot safely (without damage) remove the deck so we could level.     In conclusion we did not install the door, the customer complained after his drainage caused the building to settle, we could not level the building because the customer remove the deck. Absolutely no water damage found after three visits. The building needed leveled and we could not, had the deck been removed we could have helped. Had the drainage been directed away from the foundation these problems would not have happened.   Patrick [redacted] Manager
