We had a bathroom floor and a small foyer done by them a few months ago. I rarely submit reviews, but our total experience was not very good. The product seems to be okay, but the installation is beyond bad. I could go on and on. We had linoleum put in and they never even bothered to lift up the toilet as we were told they would do. Instead they made a deep slash in the linoleum behind the toilet and they never bothered to make sure it was glued down properly. It is coming up as well as on the side. Glue all over the floor and bottom of toilet. Baseboards cut too short. The foyer was also messed up. They cut it wrong and we called the manager and he told us he would be coming out one Friday a.m. Never showed up - never called. We got a refund of $30 dollars on a $600 some dollar job that an amateur could have done. Very unprofessional from the get go. Installers said they left something at the warehouse - a 10 minute drive from here and didn't return for an hour and half. Carpet One next time for us. Nothing but good experiences.
