apartments, although we do accept Section Through the tax credit program there are several inspections a year, from us, as the management company doing annual inspections and quarterly furnace filter changes, the state, the investor and HUDThe tenants are made aware that they will have several inspections per year
We do charge tenants for damages, repairs, missing items, etcthat is done to their unit, including, as indicated by Ms***, if someone breaks in and damages our door, they would probably be charged for the damages, of course certain circumstances could apply depending on the police reportThis is also why we highly recommend renters insurance, we can't make it mandatory since this property is part of the IHCDA program
