In reference to a complaint made to you on 1/29/2018, ID [redacted], here is how weresponded.Michael Mitchell (Co-owner) spoke with [redacted] about her service and offereda partial refund, which Ms. [redacted] did not take. He explained what was worked on and whythe parts replaced were replaced....

Since then, Ms. [redacted] has returned for additional services,which we did not charge her for, nor did she ask for a discount. In addition, the technician thatworked on her vehicle is no longer employed at Mitchell's Service Center.At this point I feel that the complaint has been handled and resolved.[redacted]Manager
