I am very sorry that you have had trouble with this unit. It is very unusual to have so many coil failures so close together.You did have heat in your home while you were waiting on the most recent new coilWe replaced the coil on 4/17/18.We do not manufacture or warranty the parts for the
equipment, that all comes from ***We did give you a great year labor warranty that has saved you alot of money as each coil replacement would have cost $($savings).Any time we have the same problem with a unit multiple times we contact the manufacturer for assistance on the problemThat is why during this last coil replacement we very closely inspected the new replacementWe found and fixed a potential issue that was caused during the manufacturing process of the new coilThe problem that we fixed is what has caused the leaks in the previous coilsWe are very confident that you will not have this coil leak issue anymore.The coil has been replaced and your unit is working properly nowIf the coil leak issue does happen again we will submit all of the history to *** and request a new unit for you. Even though we have a great warranty that covers the cost of these repairs we do not like to see anyone's unit stop working so I would like to extend to you a free yrmaintenance agreement for your troubles
