Review: I went to okada on April 3, 2013 ...I think the chef whose name is [redacted]...this is guy very rude and unfriendly..As usual, the menu is overpriced. But we wanted something different and special to celebrate my birthday. We stopped in on wednesday evening. My husband and I sat at the bar, and I ordered about 30 dollars worth of sushi, and he ordered the 17 dollar chicken and rice... (SEVENTEEN DOLLARS FOR CHICKEN AND RICE?!?!?!?!)..... sushi was poorly made and salmon was mushy..Well, my sushi came after about 15 minutes, and I slowly picked at it hoping to still have some food to eat when my husbands dish arrived.... well, about ten minutes or so later the young lady came to check on me and tell us that his meal would be another 15 or so minutes! Um.... way to drop the ball kitchen/cook staff! Totally unacceptable.... I was finished with my food before my husbands arrived, and we kindly asked her to remove his item from the bill, that we would pay for our sushi and go elsewhere. It was disappointing that there was no recovery effort made, and I can assure you, we will not return.Desired Settlement: just use trained chef...dont use amateur chef....this place is suck...
