My personal experience with OKCARZ Lakeland was negativeThey sold me a car and the transmission began to act up within a few daysI use my personal vehicle to drive all over Polk County so my miles warranty was up within 6-daysI made numerous phone calls to address the issue, everytime getting the run around and no return callsCustomer service and satisfaction is something OK CARZ cares nothing aboutI had to drive that vehicle with the transmission issue for months before I could trade it in, in an attempt to bill my creditI would NEVER recommend going to OKCARZ to purchase a vehicle! Revdex.com needs to investigate that Business if you ask meCriminals!!!

This place is the worst place to get a carThey lie about everythingIf your ONE payment late they will come tow your car & make you pay the WHOLE amount of your car to get it back outSuch an awful business
