To whom it may concern:In regards to Complain t *** this is to inform you that Ms*** had two (2) accounts placed with us for collections She paid $on 11/02/which was for iitem P'Yes We can but she has another account (***) in the amount of $which is for the
*** *** item which we never received a payment onSince she states that she paid for this item when she ordered it we have noted her account, closed it and returned it to *** *** *** as disputed She will need to contact *** *** *** to resolve this since she states she paid them She will not receive any furture contact from our company on this matter.Thanking you in advance,Linda ***Universal Fidelity, LPClient Services

In regards to the above complaint I just need to clarify that Mr*** was beling called in regards to a ** *** / *** *** account that had been placed with us for collections I have noted and closed the account as disputed and returned the account to our client I also
need to advise that we do not report these accounts to any credit bureau and if it is on his credit report than ** *** * *** *** reported it He will not receive any further contact from us on this matterIt may take up to hours for our system to update and remove his phone number Sincerely,Linda ***UFLPClient Services

We had received a email from Ms. [redacted] and advised her that I could not locate her number in our system as one of our rep's must have removed her number from the system when she stated the number did not belong to a [redacted] but I went a step further and had our IT department do a further search...
