Oil Can Henry's

I like the service I get but this last time I paid a $49.44 bill with a One hundred bill and all they could give me for change was 50 singles. I am not impressed with their till practices~!~ Act like cash is an inconvenience~!~ I would give 5 stars if I could just get some reasonable change~!~

I went to Oil Can Henry's for a oil change in April 2016. They replaced (2) air filters and changed oil.
Less than a week later, I had warning lights flash on dash board of my car stating that it required immediate attention. I took it to a Toyota dealer to see what the problem was and they informed me that they found my "Engine oil levels were extremely low". My vehicle is less than four years old, lucky for me the car's computer sensor caught it in time before any serious damage was done. Toyota Service department topped off oil to the correct level and resolved issue. I tried to contact the owner to share my experience and concern, but was informed that he was not available. The individual I talked to informed me that he rarely sees the owner, that he owns other Oil Can Henry's and that he is always on vacation.

Previously, I had submitted a complaint regarding the Oil Can Henry's of College Place, WA. An oil spill of some manner, at the time of the oil change, had caused a long lasting oil leakage onto our driveway and across the under carriage of the vehicle. The Oil Can Henry's owner contacted us and asked to inspect the auto. He accepted responsibility and has worked to "make it right". This included two complimentary oil changes. He was/is a very nice man. A responsible and ethical business owner. I will now continue to do business with him and would highly recommend the College Place Oil Can Henry's to everyone and anyone. One of the indicators of a quality business is the ability to accept responsibility for the occasional mistake and to take corrective action. They now have my A+ rating.
