I am very sorry this customer feels so poorly about our company We do our very best to resolve any and all complaints - as we want all of our customers to be happy with the service we provide Unfortunately, the customer's information is incorrect A deposit was charged to this customer's account in October when he moved into the residence Deposits must be paid within days unless prior arrangements are made with the property owner A payment of $was received on October 24, The customer made no further payments again - even though he received multiple bills requiring payment for electricity used Our company disconnected his service for non-payment in December; however, when he complained he received no notice (even though he received bills), I reconnected the service as a courtesy I told him we would need payment in full for the deposit within hours We allowed his service to remain active for additional weeks (due to the extreme cold and holidays) We received a partial payment but no explanation from the customer as to his plans for payment of the remaining balance Each time the customer called the office - he was rude and belligerent , calling our employee dirty names At one point he came into the office angry I tried to talk with him to see if we could help him find money via a Social Service Agency He did not even let me talk - but stormed out of the office We would be more than happy to try and help; however, the opportunity was not afforded us as he always behaves in an antagonistic manner toward us The last correspondence I had with this customer (even after another phone call from him that was inappropriate) - I still ended the email letting him know we would still work with him to see if there was anything we could do for him

customer's account in October 2016 when he moved into the residence. Deposits must be paid within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made with the property owner. A payment of $150.00 was received on October 24, 2016. The customer made no further payments again - even though he received multiple bills requiring payment for electricity used.
