We made every effort to accommodate his needs and used the specific parts that he providedDuring the course of the rebuild it was discovered that the crank had been damaged and would need to be turnedThis required that we remove the engine from the vehicle for accessIt did extend the time frame that the unit was in the shop due to this unforeseen circumstanceHowever, we reached out to the customer frequently during the course of the serviceIt was difficult to get ahold of him and he would not speak with us on the telephone, even when we offered to schedule a call outside of business hours for his convenienceThe customer picked up his truck August 7th, In the interim, the truck was taken to another facility for spring workThe customer did not let us know that it had been to another facilityHe broke down on 8/21/and called us for assistanceWe immediately called *** towing and had the unit brought back to us after hours at no chargeThe unit had been gone for two weeks at that point and since another shop had worked on the area it could not be determined who was at faultIn spite of that, we covered the tow, after hours labor and additional repair at * * * in September as a show of goodwill for the customerEvery effort was made to exceed the customer’s expectations and we regret that he feels we did not Thank you,
