Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Their product is defective (see photos) I did properly anchor the product and I purchased it new They are diverting the attention to irrelevant information: shipping, dealer, market, accessorizes, nor package is not what this complaint is about This complaint is about the product itself Their up-sells of additional parts cannot justify that this product is not is stable enough to sell to the open marketThe connector pieces easily break and luckily no one was in its path as it blew away because the frame ends are sharp - potential damage to someone Furthermore, a greenhouse is meant to be outside and if you do not honor your product's ability to sustain weather conditions then maybe you should not be selling greenhouses In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The business has responded to your rejection Please see below: Good Morning, This is a followup on Case ID #*** I do understand that the customer was frustrated and therefore we are offering all this information so that we can resolve the issue for the customer We do not have control of how strong the wind can be, and the customer can also not provide proof of how strong the wind was that destroyed their greenhouseThis greenhouse is made of the same material like all other greenhousesWe sold thousands of these greenhouses and we never ever had such an issue Thank you for your understanding Have a good day, Libby

You sell your greenhouse knowing it will collapse. Then you sell your replacement parts priced significantly over invoice. Maybe that is not illegal; however, it is your market strategy. Perhaps you will take complaints more seriously and think about the long term effects of how you handle customer complaints instead of the short-term gain.

The customer did contact us to receive replacement partsWe do have standard protocol when it comes to replacing parts
Our warranty only covers items that are purchased by our authorized dealers, our warranty does not cover items that are damaged by bad weather or winds
We asked the customer to email us images of the items, as well as a copy of an order receipt
The customer emailed us a copy of a receipt that they purchased their greenhouse on *** not by one of our authorized usersTherefore we made the customer responsible to pay for the replacement partsWe even offered the customer as a courtesy to only pay for the shipping and not pay for the items, or to pay for the items and not for the shipping feeThe customer refused and responded very threatening and nastily
We also made the customer aware that The greenhouse has to be securely anchored to the ground, in order not to be damaged by windWe do sell these anchors
We do pride ourselves with our excellent customer service and our positive attitude towards our customers
We hope you clearly understand the issue now, and see that this was handled according to the business protocol
