Purchased vehicle 7/30, check engine light same day In repair shop on 8/and more times after that Multiple issues, none resolved I have a list of about things needing repair that all started when purchased Nothing has actually been resolved in repair attempts - all repaired issues are still broken Took vehicle to different shop for a second opinion and manager basically said that shops a liar and they just want my moneyEven though they knew when looking at vehicle they would not be working on it

Review: [redacted] was hired to complete a number of home improvement jobs for us. The primary job was to fix a leaky roof by replacing the older roof and associated deck with newer material and a new deck. The new roof material did not last through the season. [redacted] came out once (after repeated calls) and attempted to repair the leaks by patching the material. There have been three leaks within the time of his supposed warranty (1 year) and the issues have not been fixed. We have been forced to hire additional companies to fix the problems. Inspections from other contractors have showed that the material he used was not designed for our type of roof, but that the issues behind our leaks is poor installation.Note: We have attempted to contact [redacted] through numerous calls and emails and he has not responded. The address we have provided is our best guess at his address, but it may not be correct. The phone number and email address are correct.Desired Settlement: We have requested a refund of $2000 to pay for the new work.
