Review: The [redacted] canceled there maintenance service agreement in December of 2013, Offix auto renewed the same contract in February of 2014. The equipment has long been removed from the site but Offix continues to bill for services that have not been rendered. I have spoken to Business Office Manager several times regarding this issue and is has yet to be resolved. Each month Offix continues to bill for services they have not provided and when I call, I'm transferred to voice mail or told it will be taken care of.Desired Settlement: Honor the cancellation as submitted per terms and stop billing for services that have not been provided.
