I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern,Unfortunately your employees are untruthful, have incomplete work, bad conduct, and ethicsThat is why the service you offer is not wanted on this property at this timeOnce again as previous stated I paid for incomplete serviceDon't owe for fake, and fraudulant invoices that were created without serviceThey attacked my credit with this messThey should address there employees instead of customers. P.S will work together if they at least try to investigate the matterI don't owe this balanceOnly will pay correct service. P.S.S I even tried to start over and you just kept my $dollarsWith no service
We have discussed this matter with Ms*** and closed the account The un-rendered portion of the contract has been cancelled and there are no further services scheduled
We would like to resolve this complaint I have attempted to contact Mr*** to discuss the project details and his refund request but have not been able to make contact and have not had my calls returned We are willing to return and correct any work that is not satisfactory We are also willing to refund the portion of the project that is being disputed There was a significant amount of work performed that there is no problem with so a refund of the entire amount isn't appropriate in this case I would like to discuss the project with Mr*** and review the options and the amount that is eligible for refund
On 4-11-2015, *** *** signed a one year agreement for pest control The pest control service agreement calls for an initial service in April 2014, a regular services in May 2014, followed by regular services every three months for one year Customers have the option to pay $each
time the home is sprayed (every three months) or they can split the charges into equal monthly payments of $(three payments of $per service performed) On February 18, (per the original agreement) we sprayed *** ***'s residence at *** *** for the agreed upon price of $ Per the original agreement Mr*** can pay $for that service in February or he can make three payments of $ To date we have not received payment for the work and are preparing to refer the matter to an outside agency for credit reporting and collection assistance Any assistance your agency can provide toward a resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated Please find the original service agreement attached to this email
Our company performs every two month pest control maintenance for *** *** as of December Our procedure is to notify the customer the day prior to service and then perform the preventative maintenance service to the exterior of the home The service time that we give is
an estimate however occasionally our service technicians are running early or late When we are ahead or behind schedule we still perform service to the exterior if we have access (unlocked gates) and then return at the customer's request if no one was home and something inside the house is needed Since the majority of our customers are working and not home this procedure is typically not a problem If however a customer would like us to follow a different set of instructions we are definitely willing to do so No request for special scheduling considerations were made prior to this complaint to your agency At this point we are willing to return at no charge to perform all or any part of service that the ***'s would like and we will also notate the account so that we proceed with service only when they are home or during the exact time window that we have provided We apologize for any confusion and look forward to fixing the problem as soon as possible Any assistance your agency can provide toward the resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated
I am rejecting this response because: By discuss they mean they threatened her with costly court action if sbe didn't pay - she had no choice but to pay even if it ment going without, they didn't care It's easy to intimidate an old lady with dementia trying to survive on $a month!
I am rejecting this response because: The technician left a carbon copy that was not very clear, and stated that the office would send a clearer noticeThe only notice mailed to the service address was dated November 21, and postmarkedNovember 24,the tenant never told me that he had received it, and did not forward it until I asked if anything had been received in January 2015, after the collection callIf the person was able to call the night before, how were they not ableto call again? Their mistake is not my fault, I gave the correct contact infoThey still do not address why they stated that two men would be required for all day, yet sent only one man who only took half a day, and charged for two menit does notmatter what other businesses would charge, they quoted a price which was accepted, creating a contract, then reneged, almost doubling the cost at the last moment, which would have caused no end of trouble to my tenant who needed the insectsremoved for their health and safetyI had no choice but to go ahead and have the service performed
On August 14, *** *** signed a one year contract for pest control services We performed the first four of the seven services called for in the contract and then stopped because Ms*** failed to pay as promised After repeated phone calls and mailed late notices failed to get a response we sent her account to an outside agency for collection assistance Had Ms*** made any offer to pay we would have accepted and waited for full payment -- there were no such offers for payment made At present Ms***' account is over seven years past due Any assistance your agency can provide toward the resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated
I am rejecting this response because: 1. I advised them that if I was not home not to do service. 2. I reject to pay the full amount. I was told by a female manager on 1-19-that I would only have to pay half that bill since only half of the job was supposedly done. ( I have no proof that they did anything at all since I was not thereOnly their wordWhich at this point is unreliable.) But then I was told by a male manager on 1-25-that I would have to pay the full amount
On 4/29/2015 [redacted] signed a one year contract for pest control service that called for 5 services and payments totaling $515. Mr. [redacted] took 4 of the contract's 5 required services and then failed to make the required payments. After multiple attempts to make contact...
via telephone and U.S. mail we referred the matter to an outside collection agency (Mr. [redacted]'s payments totaled only $215). Any assistance your agency can provide toward the resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated.
On January 8, 2015, [redacted] signed a one year service agreement for pest control services with our company. The enclosed agreement shows that the first service was $40 followed by Regular services at $72 every two months. At the bottom right you can see where Ms. [redacted] signed on...
the line that states: SIGN HERE FOR ONE YEAR AGREEMENT. Our goal is for Ms [redacted] to be happy with service and so we are willing to return and re-do services or correct any problems that she may be having. We have not received any complaint or request for extra services from her and our attempts to contact her by phone and mail were unsuccessful so we referred her account to an outside agency for collection assistance. At the time this account was sent to collections it was seven months past due.
I am rejecting this response because: I gave my credit card to the company for first payment. The issue at hand is not payment. I would have no issue paying a company that provides honest work. If I call and say hey I have garden roaches in my house isn't the first thing that comes to mine is I'm going to service inside their house again. My issue is that I have called many times to complain about my problem reoccuring inside my home and nothing was done. Three months later Official pest prevention says that if I reported it then they would come and perform a service free of charge. Well why didn't this happen. I don't schedule there workers to come out. There company does. And the fact that I still have issues going on is ridiculous. I have used another company before in my past years living in homes in another county. I have never been so ignored and insulted by there excellent customer service they claim to provide. Let it be know I called about five times to complain about my issues not once did someone offer to come out and service my home again. The first time this company came out here they serviced my exterior and interior of my home. The first week still had bugs and I called to check in with the. The person that answered the phone said it was normal because it was disturbing the bugs homes. Three weeks later I called and reported that there was still live roaches and silverfish in my home. Nothing was done about it. The second time they came to service my home they only did the front yard and said that because there was animals in the house and outside the technician himself said he could not service the backyard or inside the home? How is this honest work I pay for? I had animals the first time they came out to service my home and the animals were exposed to whatever they use. I don't get how there running a business. I call and complain and ask questions and nothing is done all they give is excuses for everything. I will not pay for work that was not done. If this company is scamming its customers for money. They perform little to no work and collect people's monies. There solution rather than to honestly service my home as it should be is to just report me to collects? If I had read other reports about this company before hand I would not have agreed to let them service my home. I want that contract cancelled.
I am rejecting this response because:In 2013 when agreeing to receive service. I was told that official pest control was a repeatedly what a great company OPC was. From the being I was not told the truth. When signing our agreement. The Rep. that came to the door told me that I would only be charged when receiving service, and payment would be received at the time of service. The very first visit we had to leave the home for the inside service. When returning the OPC employee was already cleaned up and in his company truck. I asked if service was received inside, plus the harmful effects. He then told me service was only received in the kitchen and front room, and back room. None of the four bedroom & 2 bathrooms were done. I then called and said to them please can I speak to a manager. I was told one was not available "Can I help you". I then called and said to them my house was incomplete. They apologized, and was going to send someone out asap. When they made there visit to finish there incomplete work they charged me for my second visit. I called back when receiving the bill, and talked to manager assured me they would take care of it, and make it right, Which did not happen, but I waited and waited. Then a few months later an OPC rep contacted me on a scheduled service app. I asked about the changes or update on my account. He didn't know and would lock in to it for me. We set up a time and date which he never called or showed up. He then showed up unannounced which my wife had a turn him away. So I called in the office the lady in the office told me I didn't have to receive service anymore, and she would get back to me. When she called back she told me a third invoice was created.I did receive the bills, but they were incorrect and fake. I only received 1/2 service on the inside, on the first visit. Billed for the makeup work. Then had a missed appointment and billed for that. I do not owe them the amount they claim or received service they claim. # years later a OPC rep came to the door of my home. I then agreed for service, because he informed me thing have changed. They then kept my money.
I am still upset this company I guess has sprayed three times I feel we have more spiders and earwigs now than before they sprayed. I opened my indoor cupboards and a wholes lot of flying extra large nats came out flying around I feel I am being forced to have a company I do not want and there product is making my home a place of bugsthe only reason we even did it to begin with is because they came into the neighborhood and started spraying my neighbors and I did not want there bugs at my house but now I got there bugs and a year contract that was suppose to be a one time event I would like everyone to know this company is a set up and there product does not work
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory. Nothing is said about the water the company has stole from me for over a year. they got caught twice but that was only because I happened to be home. The last two sprays they only sprayed the font because I keep a lock on the gate so they used 1/2 chemicals. I will agree to 1/4 of the bill $42.00 cancel the contract and they never return to my property. have the re-bill me and I will pay to close this matter.
On 3-26-2013, [redacted] signed a one year service agreement for pest control service with our company. We performed three of the 5 contracted services as outlined in the agreement but only received payment for one. After sending notices and calling repeatedly without success we...
referred Mr. [redacted]' account to an outside agency for collection assistance. Later, on January 6, 2016, [redacted] signed another one year contract for pest control service. We applied the $50 payment toward his past due balance that was over $400 and informed him that he would need to pay off his old account before he would be eligible to return to service. We would be happy to perform service for Mr. [redacted] if he is willing to pay the amount that he owes.
I am rejecting this response because: it was not explained that it was a one year contract, your sales rep was deceitful, nor was my back gate locked the second time u came out I was in the downstairs room sleeping when I heard him jump over my fence if it was unlock why would he jump over my fence pull your call from when I called that day and told u to get out and I didn't want the service cause I was pregnant and u guys did not follow our request the first time which was a phone call to make sure my midwife said it was okay to have the house sprayed since I was pregnant.
I am rejecting this response because: From the beginning I have been mislead by the sale representative and feel like they took advantage of my mother. After speaking with [redacted] from Official Pest Prevention, he offered to settle for $150.00 and I agreed to pay $125. [redacted] told me that he can not accept that offer and he will send me to collection.
We apologize that Ms. [redacted] did not receive the reminder calls that we send out to each of our customers. As explained before, when a customer has a problem with service we return free of charge to correct it. We stand ready and willing to return and solve any problems that Ms. [redacted] may have had with her pest control service (at no additional charge). If her complaint really is that she does not believe we performed her last service (as our licensed service technician has stated) then returning to perform that service in her presence should be an adequate remedy. Any assistance your agency can provide toward the resolution of this matter and the collection of the past due balance we are owed would be greatly appreciated.
We have cancelled Mr. [redacted]'s account. We disagree with his version of events and feel like his claims are unfounded but he has been so rude and difficult to deal with that we have decided not to business with him anymore.
