Do Not Order From Officesight
I should have know this site was a scam when they didn't respond with an actual order confirmation, but a form letter for Norton Shopping Security.
I waited days to get a receipt, and decided to call last week to ask for a tracking number. The female associate promised that a manager would call me back after he gets in at 11am. He didn't.
I called back a week later. I got the manager on the phone when I called. You know, the one that never called me back? His idea of customer service was to tell me I was going to be upset, vaguely point to a date in October and tell me "we might not even live to see that date". Completely inappropriate.
I wanted to talk to his Manager. There is not other manager. I asked for his name, he lied about his name.
I hung up and called the sales department. The same man answered.
This business is FAKE. Just like Israel "Jack Klein" .

I would respectfully like to inform the customer that we take our business very seriously and endeavour to make our products and pricing on the website as accurate as possibleWe are unfortunately beholden to other parties i.emanufacturers who we purchase and sell their products onlineIgnorance is not an answer to the situation but we are only as good as the information i.edescriptions and images we are given by the manufacturerWe do state so in our policies that images and descripions are as accurate as possible and are for illustration purposes onlyAs such we are very, very sorry and regret any inconvenience the customer as sufferedAs soon as the mistake was found we took ownership of the problem, we returned the customers money and notified him right awayWe have told the customer,we are willing to sell him the products at our cost and send it to him at the freight quoted to us we will not realise a penny profit even tough it will cost us 2.5% of the sale for credit card chargesWe are not a big corporation and this is not a tiny blip on the road to richesThere are people whose livelihoods are affected, by the decision of the customerWho, is trying to extort money out of an unfortunate and unintentional mistakeWhether the customer wants to agree or not we are all human, mistakes happen and the usual response in life is, hey, mistakes happen lets work it outNot, you better do as I say or I will besmirch you name call the Revdex.com etc.We are asking for a fair and equitible decision to this unfortunate problemSincerely [redacted]

We try to be as precise as possible on item images and descriptions unfortunately errors do occur when listing products due to manufacturer descriptions and human error.I offered the customer to sell him the product at our purchase price no profit added and the exact freight we are being charged
to placate him and make him happyHe refuses our compromise and proceeded to try and force us by threatening to contact the Revdex.comWe refunded him his money as soon as we realized the mistake

Here is the statement that was given to them.  They would not honor their advertisment and blamed it on their third party vendor.  I feel they have an obligation to full fill what they advertise.  Otherwise it is a bate and switch.  The [redacted] was also rude and not curtious.  He lied and evan canceled the order before any resolution.  Revdex.com:I ordered a Coaster Furniture counter height bar set sku [redacted] The price listed was $252.53. The product description states "Cherry finish traditional bar unit with an antique finish brass footrest, sink, wine shelves, doors and drawers. Wine wall unit with shelves and drawers for storage and bar chair with swivel leather cushion seat and back finished in cherry." I called to check on the order status and they stated that it only included the wall unit. I requested that they honor their product description and title of the advertisement and they blamed it on coaster furniture. They stated that they could not honor it and they told me that they had already cancelled my payment on [redacted].Desired Outcome/SettlementDesired Settlement: Delivery of OrderI would prefer that they honor their advertising and complete my order for the amount of $252.53 and deliver Coaster Furniture counter height bar set as described by their advertising. The advertisement described everything included, but the advertising was false. I have a printed copy of the advertisement if needed.

Review: This is an illegitimate entity posing as an office supply vendor. Having made a purchase online and received a tracking # to an item shipped to some city, state other than my own, no one answers the phone or returns calls.Desired Settlement: I've notified my bank as well as the federal trade commission of this fraudulent entity/activity.
