I just received a letter from the company Franklin and Stone, stating that I owed a creditor (company) with I have no business (dealing) with totallyAnd they will be filing a complaint with the superior court, giving a code (b) (2) Titled "A Notice of intent to file a lawsuit"In addition, I see you rating the site (company) F and there are similar complaints to the one I received

This is a scam they call you looking for money from an old ( 17yrs) account and they try to scam you into trying to get you to confirm your infoHang up and call the police and three way call them back and watch what happenslol!

I was called by a third party person and told to call *** and that a someone had a CIVIL SUIT against me I was given a reference numberWhen I called the number the women wouldn't give me any information and she said she had to verify my information firstThe women proceeded to ask me questions like is this your birth date: I told her I was not going to give her my informationThe women immediately hung up

I got a call from the law offices of Franking and StoneThey gave me a reference number of ***They said I had to pay over the phone in payments or go to court for a civil lawsuit from us cellularI got scared and gave them my debit card numberThen after I started thinking maby it was a scam so I went to the *** ** police and told them about itThey said I should contact the ag departmentI haven't gotten a bill from us cellular in several years and I never have gotten anything from the court house saying I was suppose to go to court on june 7th I contacted the attorney generals office and they said this is differently a scamThey have my social security number and keep calling me with different numbers telling me its not a scam and they even sent me a agreement form in email but wont mail me anythingThey keep telling me they will take me to court if I wont payI had to freeze my bank accountThe name of the person that keeps calling me is *** ***
