I recently set up an account at officemart.com, As it stated in account must be set up before you can place an order. S typical shopping sites do you were required to put your shipping information and your user name and password that you were selecting and your payment information so that they could quickly process your order. Immediately after setting up my account I received an email saying that my account was set up and ready to go. I tried to log in to place my order and each time I logged in it was telling me that my user name doesn't exist. I contacted the original customer service phone number and the number is disconnected. I contacted the phone number on the bottom of the Web page and I keep getting voicemail and no calls back. I.e. Mailed the email address that contacted me to tell me my account was ready to go and no response back. My concern as that they are fishing for credit card information to possibly sell at this point and that they are not a legitimate business. If they are a legitimate business then their customer service is absolutely horrible
