Product received not as described.
Our company ordered some used cubicles from this company (employee name is Brian Helfer) and we were told that these cubicles would be in excellent condition. So we didn't buy new cubicles because these were to be in excellent condition. Photos of them were never sent to us before hand, we were just asked to select a color. When they arrived what we saw is what Ive attached in the photos. Utterly disgusting and worn out cubicles. They're filthy, full of dust, scratches, and stains.

The same day that they brought them and installed them we asked for our money back because this was a misrepresentation of what we were told we would receive. Eventually they said that they would take them back and refund them but here we are five months later and nothing. Cubicles are still here and they stopped replying to my emails.

I am in the process of getting American Express involved to see if they can help as well.

I needed a new office outfitted and within an hour he advised me on the furniture and did a 2d and 3D layout within 30 minutes. I compared prices with two other stores which took forever getting me the layout and pricing and when it came to making a final decision it turned out Office Bargain Center was also the lowest price. This was a very easy decision. The installers were extremely nice and professional and most importantly the furniture looks amazing.
