Hello,This is an unfortunate situation and must be taken up with [redacted] at ###-###-####As a [redacted] Access Point we work with [redacted] to hold packages at our location for customers who miss the [redacted] delivery to their homes and or business. A info notice is left at the door for the customer to pickup their...

packages. On this particular package a gentleman came in with a copy of the info notice on his phone. He was told that the package was not his and that he would need a copy of the person identification in order for us to release the package (As per [redacted] rules). He came back a few minutes later with [redacted]'s drivers licence on his phone. We then handed him the package and he had to sign for it.When [redacted] came in afterwards she was screaming and yelling in the store and was asked to step outside as she was disturbing the other customers. I was at my other store and they called me telling me what was going on and I advised them to call [redacted] and to call 911 to file a police report. I never heard back from them. I did escalate this issue with [redacted] and was told that this was a scam and that the claim was even closed with [redacted] which was the shipper of the package.We have been in business for over 15 years and take our security and customer service very seriously. [redacted] has left negative comments on our Google page and I would ask that they be removed.Any and all follow [redacted] to this situation MUST go through [redacted] as we are working with them and are following their rules.Thank you,Charlie B[redacted]
