My case was closed as unresolved, The company I complained about has finally resolved the matter, is it still possible to update the complaint to Resolved?

Ms. [redacted] contacted OfferUp customer support on 4 separate occasions. On Tuesday 12/1, Ms. [redacted] reported a user and was responded to by one of our customer service representatives asking that she please contact her local law enforcement department regarding the matter. On Wednesday...

12/2, two other messages were submitted to customer service. The customer service representative asked once again if Ms. [redacted] had contacted her local law enforcement department and then escalated the matter to one of our internal investigators.
