Offers4U

Review: Offers4U is malware that bills itself as an-supported cross web browser plugin. In reality, it inserts itself into your web browser, and then as you are searching the web, it produces distracting pop-up ads. When I tried to uninstall it--it's worth noting I never actually installed it in the first place--it runs a program that only works on PCs. Because I have a Mac, that is of no help to me. I emailed their customer support, and they told me remove the Offers4U extension from the preferences in my web browser. The problem with that is that there is no Offers4U extension in my web browser. I reset my web browser to it's original settings, but Offers4U still appears. I've tried contacting customer service several times, to no avail. A simple web-search for "Offers4U" reveals that this is a VERY common complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to get Offers4U uninstalled from my browser, and to have them change their business practices, whereby it's easier for consumers to uninstall this malware.
