I found this while searching for OP lawsuits. Look up this case number if you want to know what the "National Director of Renovations" did to this house when he was the project manager for this property. That's correct! The project manager responsible for oversight of the contractors the he himself hired to do the major rehab of this property is now the "National Director of Renovations." Look up this case and read his deposition that's in the court record. This is a 200k+ lawsuit not including punitive damages and attorney's fees. The industry term for what was done here by OP is what they call.. lipstick on a pig. The lack of oversight, the lack of obtaining permits, the code compliance complaints, the lack of training and experience, and the great lengths to cover up the structural damage in this home was taken to new heights. However they were caught red handed on this one. If you read through this case file and exhibits you will never buy an OP home...ever. Pictures are from the case record. This is only one of many issues found throughout the entire property. Apparently a coverup of epic proportions.
