I ordered a product online. I received a confirmation email saying I would be notified when the product was shipped but no other email ever came and it's been about a month now since the order. the money for the order was taken out of my bank account pretty quickly after the order was made. there has been no communication from the company despite my sending many emails asking for an update on my order.
