Ref [redacted] ***I will try to make this short We were refto the [redacted] by [redacted] who we do business with and [redacted] were dealer at We pick up items in January 17, from storage unit, our usual deal is 30% of sold items and if we pick up $to $ pick up fee for trucking and moving They said they were on tough times, had to have items out of both storage and Antique center but wanted a lower % and no pick up fee I did agree because we do a lot of business with [redacted] The items were all boxed up as they were in storage, so a general inventory was taken and they were fine with that We sell with no reserve but [redacted] asked if we could please not give everything away so I told her we would put her items in a different auction so we could try and get as much for her as we can In less than a week after pick up, [redacted] started to become difficult and making demands with each time her husband would get things back on track They have always been paid after auctions and they have cashed all checks I could have put all her items in one action and sold them for what ever they brought but we tried and help them as well as a reduce percentage and no pick up fee from from my auction.All the balance of there items are still with me and I might add FREE STORAGE TO THEM.I told them I would not sell any of there items due to her nasty mouth.I also found out that the auction that is in there home town would not take the items, as well as the main auction house that [redacted] usesWHY They have been paid and cashed all checks for items sold They can pick up items at any time They have had free storage and last time text me at one point with a $buy out prior to a final check for all her items and now values all for more.WHYThe Dutchess county Attorney General also has looked into this case in my favor.Thank you, Stephen P***
