Off the Wall Pets takes your money and that's thatI have tried emailing them and callingI never get through to anyone, and they never return my calls or answer my emailsI believe this is a scamAfter taking my non-receipt of merchandise up with Paypa, they wrote to say they haven't heard back from them either, so I've had to escalate my dispute to a claimAdmittedly, I could have saved myself a lot of grief if I had checked the many negative reviews online before ordering from themI just hope that people will read check here, read my review and think before they order anything from them
