I've called and emailed the customer, I'm not sure why he filed the complaint since he did not pick up the phone when I did call him back to discussI told him I'd repair his holster and send it back ASAP (which has already been done with tracking) Customer owns a gun that has many many different variations thus needing the adjustment and custom fitment
