verbal abuse over the phone and on site during the last service call. I decided that none of my employees or anyone for that matter should be subject to such verbal abuse and I informed her if she continued I would not subject my employees to such abuseDuring the most recent call for us to come out and look at the system the verbal abuse continued and I started to give her contact information of other AC contractors when she exploded and I could no longer listen to the abuse and I did end the call Honestly in my opinion and I could be wrong, I think she suffers from bipolar disorder and I really hope she gets help

I am rejecting this response because:  I never "exploded, abused " or even met  any of the workers who installed the unit because I was not home when it was installed.  I only met Mr. J[redacted] when he came to my house to pick up the payment in cash for the job.  I corresponded with Mr. J[redacted] only by e-mails and still have all of those letters.  I spoke with him briefly recently about returning to check the heating unit which was not working and this conversation was very brief and civil at least on my end.   I would say to anyone dealing with this company buyer beware.  Mr. J[redacted] does not stand behind the units he installs and when issues come up he makes slanderous false personal statements about the customer when in truth he simply does not want to deal with repair after the installation.  I am sorry I ever had dealings with this person and hope no one else comes in contact with this person.  All I wanted was a unit which would have heating and cooling capacity at least 1 year after the install.
