Review: I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado and went to ORW to do a roughly $25k build. Tires, lift, rims, etc. They did a fantastic job building the truck. My issue is the parts that were not returned. I am still missing both upper control arms, 4 shocks, exhaust, and air intake, which costs just under $3k to replace from the dealer.Desired Settlement: I have spoken to the Manager, [redacted]. I proposed three options. A check for the price the get the parts at cost which is roughly $1800.00, equal value in parts and service through ORW, or the original parts from my truck which they have disclosed they no longer have. I was offered parts from another 2014 truck equal model to mine, and I was also offered parts from a 2015 truck equal to mine. The last two options are not acceptable. I paid for a service and expect to get what I pay for. Your shop loses something etc, make it right, do the right thing and own up to your mistakes. s

Having being in business since 1973 we have developed a sought after reputation in our industry for both peers and customers. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] it was obvious his intentions were of malice. When we initially built his truck, he had another individual pick his truck up, as he was out of country. We loaded his vehicle with his take-off tires, wheels and side bars upon completion . The take off parts he spoke of in his letter were left behind, shocks, control arms, air filter assy and a portion of the exhaust. Our invoice clearly states "Customer has (72 hours) three working days from the date of completion to pick up all suspension , wheel & tires which were removed from their vehicle during installation. We will dispose of all parts in any manner we see fit after 72 hours." In which he signed. Some months later Mr. [redacted] returned to get another quote to enhance his truck further. He was very pleased at the previous work we had performed. He inquired about his remaining parts at this time, we explained we had no place to store them after so long and we had disposed of them. He demanded we replace them. He then returned with a quote from the dealership, itemizing the cost of his discarded parts, and demanded we pay him for it. In an effort to resolve this we were able to resource, the shocks, and a complete exhaust (not just the portion that was removed from his vehicle) and control arms. These items were take offs from a newer vehicle that paralleled his trucks mileage from when we removed his original parts. we had not secured an air filter assy. at that time. We offered these parts to Mr. [redacted] and he declined stating" These are not my actual parts that were removed from my truck!" At this point he said he wanted to do the other modifications and felt we should do them at no cost for the disposal of his take off parts. We declined , yet still wanting to resolve this issue, even though we clearly weren't liable, we offered his $700.00 in credit towards the enhancements he wanted to do, He declined. We feel we were more than fair and went beyond our responsibility to resolve this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There is no malice in my intentions as I stated several times. Further more, the parts I did not receive were not found by the sales associate in a timely manner. By the time the [redacted] was made aware, yes, time had passed which was due to the fact that I was repeatedly told to return at a later date to give them time to find my parts.
Review: Placed request for lift kit on 29 APR 15. The total was 1767.71 with 884.01 down payment. Originally it was 3 weeks out which was fine. I then got a call on 05 MAY 15 stating for an extra amount I could recieve the lift sooner in like a couple of days. I finally called on 09 MAY 15 to see what the hold up was I was. I was told the expediting company sent only half the lift kit. I asked if I would still be charged the fee for expediting answer was yes. I chose to wait till the other half of the lift to come in. I waited till 22 MAY 15 and finally tired of waiting for some one to call and tell me the status. Upon calling I was told it was there and I still have to pay the expediting fee well I was done at that point and cancelled. I was told a 20 percent restocking fee would be needed I said no problem. I was charge 20 percent on the 884.01 and the expediting fee which I feel is wrong as I did not get the lift expedited. The amount originally put down was 884.01 20 percent of that is 176.80. 884.01 - 176.80 = 707.21. 707.21 should have been put back on card but ORW only put 594.76 that means they charged me 20 percent on the expediting fee. I just feel they should have charge me 20 percent on the 884.01 that I put down.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund not sure that will happen.

Review: The company advertises they will beat any advertised competitors price both at their store and online but when we found a cheaper price at another company they refused to price match or beat it. When we mentioned that is what you advertise in big letters at all your stores and that they are false advertising they said they don't care.Desired Settlement: For them to either remove that from their site and stores or to honor that claim.

I highly advise against going here. I had them do work on my F-250 (new tires and suspension). Upon receiving my truck back, I noticed several factors that showed they had used my truck illegally. It seems they had some fun and did a burnout in it. This kind of action by a company is unprofessional, uncalled for, and down right wrong. When I complained to the company, the owner tried to blame me for it. An hour later, I received an 'answer' from an employee, saying he went on the freeway and didn't know it was so powerful. Why did he drive my truck on the freeway, before any work was done on it? Lies and illegal actions
