I got ignored for a while when I asked for the tracking number and company it was sent to. Only to receive an email some 5 days later saying that one of the coins was just sold on a road show and no longer available and that the other wasn't shipped until they get a reply from as to what I would like to do with its value that my credit card got charged for. I immediately opted for a refund for the coin that was sold prior to my order and again asked for the tracking number as soon as the other coin gets shipped. Till date, 20 days later, I have sent them 4 emails asking for the tracking number of the shipment but no answers are provided from that business. I even gave them the choice of refunding my money if they did not ship it, but no answer.Dealing with them is rather frustrating as I fullfilled my part of the bargain by paying for the items I wanted in advance and without hesitation puttin gmy trust in an organizatiuon like yours to defend the right of the consumers.Thank you,________.
