Review: O'Dell Sprinkler Landscape put in the landscaping for my property (2013-14). Three trees did not survive. He tried to save them by chopping off the dead tops and hoping they would grow (this was in the fall of 2014). The business owner assured me that if this did not work, he would replace the trees the following growing season. The trees did not grow (however, they do have suckers growing from the bottoms). I have been calling and texting the business owner since May 2015 to come and replace the trees. He gave me excuses at first and since July he will not return phone messages and/or texts.Desired Settlement: I would like my three dead trees replaced with trees that will grow in this climate and the dead trees removed.
