Regarding complaint #XXXXXXXX - After our repair Mrs*** stopped payment on the check she wrote usI called her on the phone and , said "You stopped payment on the check." Mrs *** said, "D right I didI asked her to talk to me
She said, "I have nothing to say to youI'll see you in court"In a few days Mr*** called me asking me to hire a tow truck to bring the car in for inspection/correction of the problemI said that if he would have the car towed in we would look to see what went wrongMr*** insisited that I pay for the towI responded that I would not pay for the tow because I was never paid for the job (due to stop payment)I also stated to Mr*** that I would only work with him because I cannot work with Mrs***We have not seen the car since

after we paid $in cash for clutch job car did not run like before,mr.*** took the car back to shop they charged for valve gasket,for diagnostic.stop payment was made the day car was out of shop, stopped on road,then towed home by AAA.there are parts on top of engine loose, air intake not even bolted down.it was smoking from engine, tail pipemr.*** spoke to *** which he refused to tow back to shop to look at it.the car has original miles on it.the loose parts on top of engine will cost money and to repaireplease note that after clutch job they had to tow car back to shopI don't think the shop has knowledge about mini, I want to fix it like before at another shop.car has sat in driveway since the day it was towed by AAAI think its fair to say have another shop take a look then we will know what they did not do properly

it seems we are going around the main subjectit does not matter how or what was said, car is dead on driveway since they touched itthey never advised mr.*** to waitvalve cover which is broke and loose on top of engine cost approx$they never should be looseif it was fixed correctly mr.*** told shop we would have paid for repaire.we do not wish to communicate with shop back n forth anymore
