We did receive the proof of income in a timely manner, but the proof of residence and the money down never adequate for the lender and there wereNumerous conversations about what would and would not work. We were in constant communication because of a time line with the bank, we didn’t want the approval to expire. It did after numerous attempts to get the required documentation. We had the customer come in and re-worked the deal, this time with a *** *** and completed the transaction.Lowering the payments almost dollars. The transaction could have been completed in a timely manner if the *** and down payment would have beenBrought in in a timely manner. It seems the communication between Mrand Mrs*** was part of the problem as she apparently didn’t know we were in continuous contact withHer ***. The payoff on the trade and the Tag work are completeThis was done well within an acceptable time frame after a complete package was sent to the lender. *** *** ***
