Owner failed to appear as scheduled to provide an estimate. Waited for him for an hour.. Even called in late for work. I left two voicemails.. He didn't call back. Emailed him that evening asking if I had the correct date/time. He replied saying the appointment date/time was correct, but he was writing up a contract for another customer and forgot about my appointment. We rescheduled for three days later. Waited around for him.. Again no show/no call/no email.
