I would never choose to deal with this company; I am am working with them because they bought my mortgage They took payments directly from my account for years, then randomly stopped They say it was because I filed bankruptcy, but that was years prior So, I was charged late fee because they claim my bank recalled the payments, which my bank denies Representatives give a different explanation every time they are contacted I continued to make payments of a month and have discovered that only part of the payment is being applied to my account Also, they are randomly applying funds to other areas and have deemed my payments late, though they are always 2-weeks early Issues have gone on for months with a different explanation each timeI have tried multiple times to resolve them by email, phone, and even mail
