Hello Bertha, As to Revdex.com Complaint 12268073, we had already handle this with this specific customer and agreed to replace the Oculus Rift HeadsetWhile their specific issue is not supported by our traditional warranty, and they were outside of their year warranty period, we’ve made the
exception and have shipped them the replacement headsetUPS tracking shows that it was signed for, and received on August 17th at 4:19pm Thank you *** *** Head of Customer Support ***
