Completely UNSANITARY!!!! Employees never changed gloves even after seeing multiple people before me and touching numerous different items, computer, cabinets, trash can, etcVery rude employeesMore worried about gossiping then unhooking donors from machines, having some waiting an hour after completing to take the needle out of their arm and again not changing glovesOne employee cussed me out and once I confronted the manager, let him listen to the recording and told him I was going to report him, he deferred meBlood from donors not being properly wrapped in supplies and leaving blood all over the floorStay away from the Hazelwood, Mo location! Worst place I've ever seen

They Are RudeThe Supervisor is RudeThey have no Customer ServiceThey treat customers as if they are animals and not human beingsSomebody needs to be held Accountable

I go to this location all the time, I am a dedicated donor, and have donated plasma here many timesRecently, I came here and there was a several hours long wait because they were so understaffedWhile waiting, I dozed off for a brief time but it was because the wait was so longThere were 15-more people lightly dozing off, not really falling asleep, in the waiting roomA woman (the receptionist) came over to me and told me that she was writing me up and I had to leave right thenShe said it very publicly and embarrassed meShe was very rudeI asked to speak to manager, and he came over and told me I had to get outThe director of the business called me back a little while later and apologized to me and said that their policy was that people could not fall asleep if they were actively donating plasma (had a needle in their arm) but people weren't banned from dozing off or sleeping while they waitBoth the people I spoke to that day, who were rude to me and kicked me out when they were in the wrong and I was in the right, were whiteI am a black womanThey singled me out and humiliated me when I hadn't done anything wrong
