OCS failed to complete roof deck contract and related quality contractual guarantees e.g. Leaking roof after partial roof deck work
OCS has missed commitments on numerous occasions regarding timelines and conditions to complete the work. They have set numerous appointments with roof deck owners that have to arrange schedules around it and never show up to the appointments
OCS has failed to comply with the delivery of materials, permit issue resolutions, paying subcontractors, and others that were part of the initially agreed duties. We have paid out of pocket to the plumber despite this being part of the initial contract to move forward the plumbing inspection
At this point, we are looking for completion of the roof deck within the next 15 days or refund of the materials
