O'Connells Convenience Plus

On 11-30-14 at about 6:30pm my daughter [redacted] went to the o'connells shell gas station and went inside an told the attendant she wanted thirty dollars of gas on pump five and gave the attendant cash. She went out to the car and attempted to pump gas but the pump did not work. She went back inside and told the attendant that Pump five was not working. The attendant told her she asked for gas on pump one and not five and somebody pumped her gas and she was out thirty dollars. My daughter called me and I responded to the station after calling the wilbraham police and talked to the attendant who told me to bad you have to talk to my manager tomorrow. Police attempted to review the cameras and were told they don't record. Police report made. I spoke to three levels of management above the clerk and got no satisfaction,and no money returned.
