I hired them to replace the gutters around my front porch, but the gutter on the right side is was installed improperly. The configuration is wrong. The down spout is attached to the front, but the gutter is pitched to the back. They also have a section of the downspout running across the right side of my porch, blocking the view. I have called and texted to request it be replaced as it was before they replaced it. Mr. even came out and took pictures. I have been calling and texting him since October 28,but keep getting the same answer, "I have to talk to my gutter guy". He no longer answers my call or texts, nor has his "gutter guy" contacted me. I contacted Mr. Oct 28 after going on my porch the 27 and noticed the installation problem.
