We had a problem with our manufacturer and my sales person did everything in his power to expidite the building of the trailer in questions Our company was given the wrong ingormation on which trailer was ready to be picked up so we told *** her trailer was ready only to find out a
few days later it was not her trailer that was ready, but someone elses My sales went to the plant to check the status of her trailer and walk the entire plant so he could put his eyes on it to tell *** and did not find it The secretary at the manufacturer never submitted the order so we told them it was imperative to have this trailer in a week since the order was turned in weeks before The manufacture said they would build itfive days afterwards they never began the building process and gave us the run around We sent her a check refunding her deposit
