Oceanside EZ Storage

Review: Oceanside EZ Storage are a bunch of crooks, I moved out of my storage on Easter Sunday and left them a message, I called on the first just to let them know that I was gone before they charged my card they assured me that they would not charge me. Three days later they charged me, I called them back and they said they could not reverse the charges so they were going to send me a check for the amount. Six months later I am still waiting for my refund. Now the are saying I was supposed to give them written notice, and they refuse to give me my refund. They also refuse to give me the corporate number so I can speak to someone. I only want what is mine.Desired Settlement: refund
