Here is my problem: If I pay off [redacted] for Ms. [redacted] then I will have refunded $500 for a $300 computer that was used by the customer over 30 days. None of this makes any sense and in my opinion this complaint should be removed. We are a very honest business and now we have a black mark on our record because this person just does not get it. We refunded $200 on a $300 purchase directly to Ms. [redacted]. We can do no more. Please remove the complaint and I invite Ms. [redacted] to settle this with me in small claims court.
B I do agree they did try to help me with the computer. I did return it to Oceanside, [redacted] told me that as the dealer he should have credited my account. I have the receipt from Oceanside for 100.00 that was given to me back in May. [redacted] credit told me he is the one that should credit my account.
This is far from a legitimate complaint. We sold a computer to Ms. [redacted] and provided her with paperwork (invoice) as attached. We delivered and installed the computer at no extra charge. We provided a training session at no extra charge. Ms. [redacted] financed her computer through [redacted] Credit....
This has nothing to do with us. We were paid by [redacted] for the computer which was returned to us after the 30 day return period. We negotiated with Ms. [redacted] and refunded her a total of $200. We cannot pay her [redacted] bill, this is her account and she needs to settle with them. The money we refunded to her should have been paid to [redacted] by her. The agreement that she negotiated with [redacted] is a consumer agreement and privacy laws forbid them to share account information with us.
