Oceanside Car Wash

Review: I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla in for an Executive car wash. I inspected my vehicle afterwards and noticed that there were scratches on the top of the trunk and around the car, a white spot like a small clump of wax or armor all embedded into the body of the vehicle(will not wipe off) and a couple of white nicks on the car that were NOT there before! The manager was called in and was very rude--he immediately begin to point blame at me and make accusations to insinuate that I was responsible; he was quite unaccommodating and dismissive. I filed a in-house customer complaint on February 23, 2016 and have NOT so much as received a phone call from the owner. The paint job on the Corolla was pristine and it is just a year old. I didn't have any scratches of nicks to the paint job, not did it have an embedded small white clump of gunk that cannot be removed.Desired Settlement: I want to company to pay for the damage done to my new car and I want the owner to contact me directly.
