Review: I took my 1994 gmc van to Ocean Tire for a smog check and was told it needed a new catalytic converter and fuel pump to pass. I was charged $180 for the fuel pump plus labor cost only to find out a year later when I sold the van that the fuel pump had never been replaced! The attachment hose even had a crack in it...which had been causing problems with the fuel pressure and the van kept dying at a low rpm. Ocean tire had my van for a month and charged me $700 total and never fixed the problem and charged me for a part that wasn't actually replaced and it turns out the only problem with the Van was the fuel pump!! After having it recently replaced the van now runs great!! Yet it cost me another $400 and this is not ok. I was lied to and sent off with a still broken vehicle me told they couldn't figure out what the issue was and even suggested I bring my van back to them after having it for a month. I'm a single mother of 2 and this caused me soooo much stress and grief when all that needed to be done was replacing the fuel pump!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the cost of the fuel pump and labor charges which would total about $300 and ice like this business to be investigated promptly as they are deceiving customers and are considered a "help to the community" when they put my well being in danger and lied to me

Review: They are taking forever to fix my truck its gonna be a year already and they haven't fix it. I paid full price already. They still have my truck I been carless for almost a year. They keep telling me my truck well be ready the next day and they keep lieing to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back to take it to an other place to get fix.
