Ocean State Rental

This business has such awful customer service. I rented tables, chairs and linens from this company. (6/6/19) In the evening they delivered the equipment and shorted me a table linen, so I had to called *** twice (6/6-6/7) who apparently answers the phone. She did not pick up so I left a message. She never called me back. Saturday (6/8), the day of the event, I had to call again finally spoke to *** who arrived 15 minutes before the event. I let that slide. Then Monday (6/10) when they came to pick up their equipment there workers destroyed two granite/stone benches. I had first sent *** an email for which she did not respond to. So I called her instead and she had said "I did see your email and I am looking into the matter." I asked for an estimated time and she replied "When I know, you'll know." As if my business did not matter. It is now 6/19/2019 and the matter has not been resolved. Nothing to reassure me that they will work on the matter since the day I last spoke to her. I was home at the time of the damage so I am very aware it was her workers. They were very unprofessional yelling and cussing in my drive way. I'm very upset with this company and I have emailed *** that I would be filing a complaint. In the first email I sent her regarding the damage, I also sent her picture of the damage. I will no longer do business with this company.
