It's going thru PayPalAll the info in their website is not working, the phone numbers, emails, and addressNobody
Pics up the phone or answers your emailsStop this, so nobody else will be charges for products the ordered
How can they still charge your credit card if they are not in business ?

I ordered product from Heaven's Alchemy website on 1/31/As of 2/23/I still have not received my productAlong with this terrible delay (once you purchase it says order will be shipped in 4-business days) what is more disturbing is that I have placed numerous calls to the company's phone number listed (never reaches an actual person, always a message)and sent multiple emails to the email address listed and I haven't heard a thing backNo return emails or callsThis is horrifying customer service in that my card was charge on 1/31/and no one has sent product or contacted me in response to me reaching outThis is unacceptable business practice
