I purchased a refurbished tablet from this merchant through amazon At first glance the product seemed to be in good working order however after the 3rd or 4th use it was seemingly slow and certain functions (e.gmicrophone) would not work When I tried to update the OS I received an error that the OS had been tampered with and I would not be able to update the OS I have tried contacting the manufacturer, merchant & amazon with no resolution to my problem When I tried to return the defective product I was denied because I was days outside the return window I would not recommend purchasing from this merchant

They are certainly not committed to keeping or returning customersTheir email responses are impersonal, generic, and read as though they have no prior information of the issueThey are quick to say "sorry for the inconvenience", although they do nothing to try to accommodateI guess I'm a little "old school" - I think that a business should do whatever they can to service customersAt Ocean Reef, you are treated as a number, plain and simple

When I tried to update the OS I received an error that the OS had been tampered with and I would not be able to update the OS. I have tried contacting the manufacturer, merchant & amazon with no resolution to my problem. When I tried to return the defective product I was denied because I was 5 days outside the return window. I would not recommend purchasing from this merchant.
