Horrible experienceTried to overcharge us by hundreds, arrogant, rude, unprepared, brought the wrong size mattress bag after not bringing one at allwould have damaged my full sized expensive mattress if I had not intervened I was told I was too picky because I had my boxes labeled and requested they be handled accordingly Showed up hours early with no warning in advance this could happen Literally tried to milk us for every penny, manipulative, ZERO customer service I trusted the google reviews and shouldn't haveA totally traumatic experience There was one person on the crew who was amazing and I'd hire him on his own in an instant, but I will never work with this company again

Ocean Movers is a wonderful company! From start to finish everyone was extremely professional! ***, in the office, was great to talk, explained everything involved in the moving process and all the prices, even things I was not aware of, like hidden fees that other moving companies would chargeI called around before making my final decision and she was right, others were charging truck fees that they didn't advise me of until I specifically asked at the end of the call! Once I booked Ocean Movers, I had to call several times to change dates and times and *** was always professional and assured me everything was fineThe day of the move went wonderfully! When they arrived, the head guy in charge explained everything that they would be doing and again went over the prices to make sure nothing had changedWe had the best guy crew, ***, *** & ***, These guys were also very professional and went straight to work, always taking personal care of everything they touchedThey worked very hard and never stoppedAs I told them, my husband and I will definitely be using Ocean Movers again when we move, in about a year and will be asking for the same guy crew!! I will be advising family and friends and anyone else that need movers to use OCEAN MOVERS!! You will not be disappointed!! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PRICES! Thank you Ocean Movers for making a hectic time go so smoothly!!

Literally tried to milk us for every penny, manipulative, ZERO customer service. I trusted the google reviews and shouldn't have. A totally traumatic experience. There was one person on the crew who was amazing and I'd hire him on his own in an instant, but I will never work with this company again.
