To Whom It May Concern: My name is [redacted] Sales Manager at Ocean Honda of WeymouthIn regards to the complaint to the "bait and switch"We never agreed on a price or had a written purchase and sales in regards to an agreed upon priceMr [redacted] was well aware of the deal that was presented to him and he wanted an additional $dollars off and also left with our proposal which was 12,plus his trade on 12/29/Mr [redacted] called the sales associate the next day indicating he would do the deal at the $11,as [redacted] indicated the number was the 12,147and if Mr [redacted] wanted to move forward we would honor those numbers until the 12/31/as we were closing out the year and the incentives would endMr [redacted] would not commit to the deal until after the first of the year because he was not willing to pay the "excise tax from the town" We offered the deal to Mr [redacted] at the original agreed upon price ($12,plus trade) We are a fully transparent and full disclosure dealership and we pride ourselves on good customer service and being upfront and honest with all our customersWe are willing to work with Mr [redacted] to help him purchase a vehicle with a reasonable expectation of priceWe also keep a record of all transactions and we have a copy of the proposal given to Mr [redacted] In closing if I could have reached Mr [redacted] 's price I would have unfortunately I could not Thank You, [redacted]

I am responding to the complaint filed by *** ***He put a deposit down on one of our vehicles He called and left a message on our voicemail saying he didn’t want the car and to refund him the depositWe returned his call and left a message when he didn’t pick up We don’t
store credit card information and we needed the credit card number to proceed with the refund to Mr*** We finally connected and he has been refunded.Thanks you,*** ***
